I work very part time so l am available to give your dog the attention it needs. We currently have 3 children living in our home ages 18, 15 and 11. We have a fun and busy household! I can guarantee your fur baby will get lots of attention! My husband works very close to home so he is able to come at any point during the day if needed. We love to be outside and go for walks. We have a fully fenced yard and even have a new dog park at the end of our street! *Please let us know if you would prefer to not have your dog visit the park.

Your pup is free to roam anywhere they want to. Pups are allowed on our furniture. They are a part of the family as far as we are concerned.💛 I typically would prefer to kennel your pups if I do have to leave the home for a period of time. We do feed them based on your schedule and will separate them from the other dogs so there are no eating concerns. Please note that we do board multiple dogs at a time, however, we don’t take more than 2 or 3 at a time. With that being said, your pup may or may not have a few extra friends for the week.😉 I will always send pictures of your cute pup to you. I try hard really hard to remember to do this. I know when we use Rover for our dogs we love to see how they’re doing!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or preferences. I prefer dogs that get along well with kids and other dogs. Our male bernedoodle is not neutered. If your dog is crate trained that is helpful but not required unless they are a puppy. It is highly recommended they are crate trained. This is only because we have found that most tend to have accidents and we would like to preserve our carpet as much as possible. We almost always hit max capacity during the holidays and especially spring break! *We prefer not to take dogs over 50lbs*

I have had dogs pretty much my whole life. My husband grew up with several kinds of animals. We are a huge dog loving family. We currently have a 3.5 year old Bernese Mountain dog named Maisy. Our hearts were broken when we had to put our 11 year old yellow lab, Buster, down. Maisy has helped to heal our broken hearts. We also have a 12 month old Bernedoodle named Chungus, which is one of Maisy’s puppies. 🥰 Chungus is always willing to play. Maisy is pretty lazy. 😂

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Bruce! First time over us are here and 100% would recommend Melissa and her family to watch your furry family members. We were really nervous, but Melissa and family were great to work with and sent lots of pics over the holiday long holiday drive we weren’t able to take Bruce on.
Melissa R was fantastic She took such great care of our dog and was always very informative and wonderful to deal with, went above and beyond. definitely would recommend her and we will definitely use her again in the future.
