I’ve had experience taking care of dogs pretty much my whole life, so I’m really comfortable around all kinds of personalities and needs. I’ve also spent a lot of time staying overnight with dogs and watching them for different lengths of time, whether it’s just a day or longer trips. I’m used to handling feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure they feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away.

I really strive to be a safe, calm place for dogs, no matter their personality or needs. I’m comfortable around all types—whether they’re super energetic, shy, or need a little extra patience. I’m also very good at following whatever routine or plan you already have set up for your pet, so they can stay comfortable and stick to what they’re used to while you’re away.

Melissa is incredible!!! She did so great with our dogs and we felt so calm being away from them. She figured out their personalities quick and seemed to truly care about them :) highly recommend!!!

Melissa was great! We have a timid but loving dog and he warmed up to her right away. Everything was just as we left it when we returned home and Melissa will be our first choice in the future!
Melissa is great with my dog Winston. She is responsible when she takes my dog on walks, taking care of him and any mess he makes. I trust her whole heartedly with my dog. When she walks my dog, the leash, etc gets put back where they belong. Melissa has a passion for dogs and you can tell by the way cares & treats all dogs!
Melissa has been caring for my dog Millie in my absence for some time now. She is the first person I contact when I know I am going to be gone, or just need a few hours help now and then. I can’t say enough great things about Melissa! Millie loves her! She brings such a positive, energetic presence every time she cares for Millie. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does—Millie gets plenty of snuggles, attention, daily walks, and outings. Melissa is incredibly reliable and flexible, which has been a huge help with my busy and sometimes unpredictable schedule. Knowing my dog is in such caring and capable hands gives me total peace of mind when I am away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter!

Programa
I’m a teacher during the school year, so my weekdays are a bit more structured since I’m working from about 8–4. In the summer, I switch things up and work as a nanny three days a week. I’m still available on weekends year-round, and during the school year I can be available outside of my work hours on weekdays as well.
