Dog Loving Family in Balmy Balham!
Over the last 5 years I have welcomed dogs at home for stays of a day or as long as a week, and grew up with Hunny the golden retriever. I've looked after cavapoos, cockapoos, dachsunds, French bulldogs, labradors, pointers, spaniels, terriers and whippets, and very happy to welcome yours too! Clapham Common is moments away for longer walks, with a secure garden at home for fresh air. My teenage daughter also loves spending time with dogs and regularly stays with grandparents who have golden retrievers. We love playing games with our furry visitors, and including them in our family life! Our dog, Betty, had a wonderful couple of nights with Melissa and her family. It’s always a little nerve wracking to leave your dog somewhere new but Melissa was great at sending regular updates and photos. Would definitely recommend!

I am hybrid working and have plenty of flexibility to look after your dog friend in our house with enclosed garden and lots of green space nearby

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a terraced house with a safely fenced garden, a large kitchen / family room and space for a crate if your dog wants to bring their own. We are very close to Clapham Common for leafy walks, and I adapt to care for your dog as specified by you, every dog has its own special ways and needs!
A typical day
Being so close to Clapham Common I can give lovely long walks -- but equally happy to do shorter routes depending on your dog's needs. They can explore new surroundings, be exposed to stimulating smells and get to make new friends along the way! Evenings can be more chilled out on the sofa.
