I grew up caring for dogs - small, medium and large, old and young - and have never lived without one! To me, a pup is an extension of the family and I love being able to take care of a wide variety of dogs. I do have one pup right now, who absolutely adores other dogs and is very friendly, cuddly and playful. I work from home so I'm available to pay attention to your pup all day long. After work, I typically take my pup for a long walk or to the dog park. On weekends I like to hike and would love to bring your dog along on my adventures! I have experience with puppies, senior pups and dogs with special needs/medications/allergies, etc so your pup will be comfortable and well taken care of with me!

Melissa was so great! We recently adopted our dog and needed pet sitting for the weekend of July 4th. She was very accommodating and adaptable to changing needs and the unknown of how our dog would respond to fireworks. She sent us very comforting updates and pictures. I work remote with a flexible schedule so can give your dog attention all day. I have a backyard and a beautiful park in my neighborhood so they will have plenty of walks.

Im happy to work with your dog however you like, whether you prefer to crate them or let them roam the house, whatever is best for them. My dog is allowed on the furniture so if your dog is not please let me know and I will do my best to maintain that.

A typical day
I truly love watching dogs more than my actual job so I can play with them all day. I have feeding puzzles for stimulation, I love walks in the neighborhood, I also hike alot. I have a membership to WagBar and frequently take the dogs there to play.
