Hey I just moved back to Lexington after living in Charlotte, NC. I lost my fiancé recently and took some time off to move back home and am looking to keep busy and get some love from your fur babies. I have cared for others my whole life pet sitting for family members and friends. I am a passionate animal lover and always put their needs first like they were my own. I work from home Thursday through Saturday. I am home all the time and can give your pet the love and attention it deserves.

I will follow your pets schedule, feeding, and bathroom needs as you would in your home. I am happy to accommodate bathing/grooming as well as sending updates so no matter where you are you can rest assured your pet is in loving and caring hands.

Melissa went above and beyond, never letting our sweet dog out of her sight (he gets anxious alone). He got to do lots of fun things with her as a result! We are so grateful to have found someone that our dog feels comfortable with while we are gone. In addition Graham is fairly new to our family and we wanted our time away from him to be as easy as possible. Melissa is so sweet, giving us updates several times a day and she left the house spotless!
We just adopted our dog recently and it was important to us that he get to stay in his house for our first trip away. Melissa made that possible. He really feels comfortable with her and was happy to see her when she came back for our second trip away, right after our first. So nice to be able to enjoy our trip knowing he’s in good hands! I would recommend Melissa!
Melissa was absolutely wonderful! We recently made a big international move, and I was honestly nervous about leaving my dogs while they were still adjusting to a new home and routine. Melissa immediately put my mind at ease. She kept me updated with messages, photos, and videos, and it was clear she genuinely cared about my dogs and treated them like her own. Knowing they were in such loving hands made all the difference. Melissa is wonderful! Rupp absolutely adores her! She is the best at communicating and sending pictures, and our house felt cleaner than when we left it!!
Amazing!!! We booked last minute and Melissa was so responsive, so attentive and loved on our baby like she was her own! I can not recommend her enough!
If there were more stars, I’d give them to Melissa. Leaving my dog partner was hard. I was unsure it was the right decision to have someone I didn’t know, but Melissa is an angel. She was great! Multiple texts, pictures, and videos kept me in the loop. She gave him his meds twice a day. She left the house neat and clean. I’ll be having her back with no worries! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
