I work from home on Mondays and in the office Tuesdays through Fridays from 9-5. With my husband’s current schedule, between him and I, someone is always available during the week to provide care for your dog or cat. I'm available for sitting and boarding throughout the week and weekends and I'm available for walks Saturday-Tuesday all day and after 5:30 Wednesday-Friday.

I have two kitties that have experienced various dogs over the years. My apartment complex is indoor with a gated dog park right outside so your dog can run around freely. I also live a very walkable neighborhood for your dog to see plenty of nearby parks and grassy areas. I can definitely crate if preferred. I do live on the 3rd floor of a 3 story walk up, in case your animal does not do well with stairs. I have experience giving meds to both dogs and cats.

Let me know if your animal has any special needs or anything I should know of ahead of time please. If requesting boarding, I have two cats so I prefer your pup to be good with kitties.
A typical day
I love to take pups for nice walks around the neighborhood and to any parks nearby that we can walk around. If you and your pup are up for it I’m happy to take them everywhere they’re allowed to be, farmer’s markets, PetSmart, a nice patio and to the park.

I've had cats and dogs in my life since was born, and I can honestly say I haven't lived a year of my life without a pet. Due to my love of dogs and cats I have been trusted by family and friends to care for their fur babies. I have taken care of puppies to senior dogs and many cats in between.

Melissa was a wonderful sitter, highly recommend and would book again! Our cat is quirky and has weird feeding needs that Melissa executed flawlessly. We loved her video and picture updates, too! The best vote of confidence is that our cat was not super desperate for love when we got back, so clearly he had a great time with Melissa :)
Melissa was amazing! She was so thoughtful with my boy, Oakley, and she didn’t bat an eye at all of his odd health problems/requests. She gave me frequent updates, and i knew Oakley was in great hands. She also left my house clean and tidy (unnecessary but appreciated!) I will definitely use Melissa again, and I would recommend her to anyone that wants their pet to have an amazing sitter!
