I have loved animals ever since I was little. I have experience with taking care of dogs and cats from volunteering at the Indianapolis Humane Society since 2010. I love all types of animals and volunteered with Wildcare in Bloomington from 2015 to 2016. I have a cat who is super sweet and loves attention. I frequently dog sit for my friends pup and make sure to always spoil her with treats and extra attention. I have cat sat numerous times for friends and for people at my temple. I have both stayed over night at my clients homes to cat sit and done drop-in visits. I have lots of experience with cats and have no problem scooping litter boxes and administering oral cat medications.

I live in a house with a fenced in yard so perfect for dogs, though my dog loves to climb so she just sees the fence as a challenge lol. She is always kept on leash to prevent any escapes.

Schedule
I am currently working full time and am available to do drop ins after 5pm on weekdays for dogs and cats and available to take dogs for walks. During the weekend I do not work and have open availability to take care of both dogs and cats.
- Cats0 to 15 lbs16 to 40 lbsMelissa can host up to 1 drop-in per day
- I'm a pretty petite person, so prefer to take care of dogs that are leash trained and do not pull too much on walks. Please let me know if your dog has any allergies and if it's okay for me to bring them treats.
