I am fully available the rest of the week and happy to accommodate your needs around it. ⏰ Availability & Communication Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM (messages will be responded to in the morning) Earliest visits: 8 AM Latest visits: 10 PM Visit times are scheduled within a ±1-hour window to allow for travel and scheduling efficiency 🚗 Service Area 20-mile radius from Franklinton Bookings outside this range may include a small mileage fee 🐾 Meet & Greets One complimentary meet & greet included Required for all new clients to ensure the best care for your pet Additional meet & greets may be booked as a drop-in visit 🔑 Home Access Keys can be left at the meet & greet or the agreed-upon location If key pickup/drop-off is needed separately, a small service fee applies 🐕 Booking Policies Each pet must have a Rover profile (for Rover Guarantee coverage) Bookings are confirmed once both parties accept Holiday bookings require confirmation within 72 hours ❗ Cancellation Policy Standard: Full refund if canceled by noon the day before After that: 50% refund Holidays: 3-day notice required 📸 During Visits You’ll receive updates and photos at each visit, so you always know how your pet is doing.
