Loving Care When You are Away
With 20 years of experience caring for the animals in our home, I understand how important it is to give them love and attention. When we gave Mara to our children for their birthday, we knew it would be heartbreaking to leave her in the care of strangers. That's why I started pet sitting, because I know the pain owners feel when they have to leave their pets. I treat every dog as I treat my own, because to me, they are not just animals, they are part of our family.

Melissa was phenomenal! This was our first time leaving Snowy in a daycare situation, so we were nervous. Melissa was incredibly responsive and put us at ease right away. She sent lots of pictures and videos, and Snowy was calm and happy when we picked her up. We could tell she had a great time. We would not hesitate to recommend Melissa to anyone. Especially for nervous "dog parents" like we were - you can feel confident your pet will be well taken care of.
Melissa and her family were very loving and warm with Evie. I would highly recommend them!
Hubie always has a great time when he has sleep overs at Melissa’s. She and her family are so good with dogs. I will return to her everytime!

Melissa was wonderful with our two dogs. She sent many pictures and photos and I knew they were happy and well loved on while at her house. They were excited to see us when we returned but I think they miss Melissa’s house! I will not hesitate to book with Melissa again if we have to travel and our dogs can not come with us

Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine since I love animals. Working from home allows me to care for them and keep them in sight at all times. My priority is to ensure they feel comfortable, happy, and well-cared for at all times. Additionally, I have my dog, Mara, who can provide them with great company and create a friendly, fun environment.

In my home, I make sure to provide personalized and attentive care for each pet. Since I work from home, I can offer constant companionship, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure at all times. This includes regular walks, playtime, feeding according to their needs, and if necessary, administering medication or special care. I also adapt to each pet's routine to keep them happy and calm while their owners are away. If the pet requires a specific environment or has any preferences, I make sure to adjust to that to ensure their well-being.

A typical day
I can do group walks with Mara, play in the snow, have races, and scent-tracking exercises outdoors, or take them to a dog park. Indoors, I can keep them entertained with toys, hide-and-seek games, and relaxing massages.
