I grew up in a home that adopted cats & dogs and was the prime caregiver since animal's lives and happiness are close my heart. I believe in SPOILING them, not giving them all of the treats, but in giving them tons of attention and activity. Zonking them out at night so they have the best night's sleep. I love all dogs, tiny to giants and long-haired too. I laugh at zoomies. My animal voice disarms them quickly so even the most nervous cats or dogs warm up to me in time. I respect boundaries and listen/watch body language so that neither of us are uncomfortable. I love to go on walks with them, letting them smell every flower along the way. I love playing tug of war or chasing each other or throwing a ball for hours. They are such special little beings and deserve the best care. With me, they would be loved on, scratched, belly rubbed, or brushed to their delight!

I am happy to bring any cat-friendly dogs into my home. Both of my cats LOVE dogs. But your furbabies would have to have up-to-date vaccinations to do so. I'm happy to have them here. If they like walks, I go on one daily for about an hour. If I need to, I can split that walk in two, no worries. Spending time with them at a dog park. Throwing the ball or playing outside with their favorite toy is also something that I would enjoy doing. I am happy to find what each furbaby needs and to meet it. I love getting to know animals and their specific qualities/likes/dislikes and meeting their needs and having fun. The whole idea to me is that if their humans are out of town. having fun, they should have an equal amount of fun too!

Melissa has taken care of my dog on many occasions. He’s a 17 pound little Chihuahua who has separation anxity, as do I. Melissa calms me by sending pictures of him throughout the time that I’m away. The pictures show her being playful and giving him lots of love and attention. She has taken care of him for different durations from a couple of days to a week. She’s reliable. She’s Dependable, Flexible and very trustworthy. I recommend Melissa as a Rover fur babysitter highly for all the reasons above.
Melissa is loving, reliable and attentive and cared for my 2 young cats and senior dog. She gave my cats plenty of interactive play as well as cuddles and was patient and gentle with my senior dog. Melissa followed my care request and gave me peace of mind that my fur babies were loved and taken care of.

Schedule
I work from home and set my schedule. So, I would be available to watch your furbabies during the times that you need, overnights, or just daily drop-bys. All I need is wifi and if it's the summer, AC.
