I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, ensuring they receive individualized care based on their personality and needs. In a client's home, I also respect their space by keeping it clean, secure, and following any instructions they provide. I send regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for while they're away. My goal is to provide dependable, compassionate care that helps both pets and their owners feel at ease.
