Animal lover, especially dogs!
I grew up with lots of dogs (all rescues), cats, horses, goats and chickens...basically a farm in the desert. I have trained all my dogs (Fred, Barney, JB, Sarah, Heidi, Casey, Charlie & Mazy) from puppy age and they have lived fun filled long lives well into their teens (14 & 15yrs). Charlie is 10 and his adorable pesky little sister, Mazy, is 5. We love them soooo much!! Basically our lives revolve around their comfort and happiness!! I have a soft spot for rescues and would like to volunteer at a rescue on regular basis, but I worry that I will bring them all home! I promise to love and care for your pups and kittys in your absence.

Safety, trust & environment
At this time I will take care of your pets in your home. Your pets should feel the comfort of their own environment. If they need a walk or play time in your yard, I will do as you request. I am extremely observant, looking out for snakes and anything else that might cause injury to your fur baby. I always watch for behaviors that indicate something might be wrong and will contact you immediately. I will make sure the water bowl is filled and clean and all doors are locked when I leave.

Melissa was so prompt at arriving, feeding, walking and playing with my pups. That I expected.BUT, she was way over the top with communication and pictures with me. She also did some house chores while I was gone. That part she did on her own. I was so amazed at her care and thoughtfulness and respect for my home, and dogs. Would I hire again? You bet. Missy is the one you want if your pooch wants snuggles and love! She treats dogs like her own kids, showering them with praise, love, and pets. She cares about their needs and makes sure they have fun being a dog. Exercise is important to Missy and she is dedicated to making sure dogs also get their exercise needs met safely. I trust Missy with my fur kids and they love her.

Schedule
I retired last year from the corporate world as a Director HR Shared Services. I started a mountain bike guiding business (MTB is my passion) focused on women riders. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule.
