Dog Lovers With Fenced in Yard!
We are a dog loving couple located in Normandy Park! We are new to Rover, but we have years of experience in caring for dogs. We used to foster dogs until we decided to become permanent dog parents to our two Golden Retrievers! We both have had dogs our whole lives, so have extensive experience with all different breeds and ages. We are excited to welcome your pup into our pack!

Melissa and Kyle took care of Storm like one of their own! They regularly sent photo updates and Storm fit right in the pack. I've had Melissa and Kyle watch Storm a couple times now and he runs right in - no looking back! Thank you Melissa and Kyle for being super communicative and I know Storm is in good hands for many more future stays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic stay for their pup :)
Melissa and Kyle did a fantastic job watching over Storm for the weekend! They gave me updates and photos along the way and were flexible to accommodate an earlier than planned pick up! Our first Rover experience and Melissa and Kyle were great! They took good care of our old girl and were flexible with a time snafoo during booking. She loved being a part of their pack.
Melissa & Kyle are great! This was my first time using Rover and I am beyond impressed! We have two bulldogs who can be a lot to care for. They came home clean, worn out, and happy. Can’t ask for anything more! I recommend these two to anyone, they exceeded our expectations and we will use them again.
I’ve known Melissa for a long time and would absolutely trust her with any of my pets! She has many years of experience with dogs, from working with them at pet resorts to showing dogs in her youth; the fact that she’s worked with and cared for dogs pretty much her entire life gives me so much relief in knowing my pets will be cared for the way I would I care for them! Not to mention she’s had pet golden retriever’s for the last decade and those dogs are some of the sweetest, most well behaved pups I know! She won’t let you down!
Melissa and Kyle are the kind of pet owners every dog (and sitter!) dreams of. They’re incredibly responsible, attentive, and loving with their pets — the type who plan ahead, communicate clearly, and make sure every detail is covered. You can tell right away how much they care about animals; their pets are happy, well-trained, and clearly adored. I’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful they are about routines, nutrition, and playtime — they go above and beyond to make sure their pets feel safe and loved.

My partner works from home full-time, so your pup will never be left home alone. We also go on twice daily walks, so your pup will get plenty of exercise (apart from running in our large yard)!

Our home: we have 3 fenced in areas for plenty of room for your fur baby to roam. Our two Goldens absolutely adore other dogs, so we hope that your pup doesn’t mind other friends around! We are a very dog friendly home, so know that our house is puppy proofed and we allow dogs on the furniture.

We will go on daily walks, play with toys, have lots of exercise time in the yard, playtime with Merlin + Orla, and plenty of snuggle time on the couch!
