Mel was quick to respond to any questions we had. Showed up on time for the meet and greet, as well as in the time frames for arrival and departure. Our house was in the exact same condition as we left it (if not cleaner!) and we received updates with photos from Mel on how our 2 dogs and 1 cat were doing during our time away. I would highly recommend her services and look forward to having her care for our fur babies again in the near future :).
Nothing but kind words for Mel!! I have two cats that she watched for a week while I was out of town. She was excellent at communicating with me daily and even picked up groceries for me when I asked. Very kind girl, she loves animals and I would highly recommend.
Mel looked after my two rescue dogs on multiple occasions that I was out of town. She is very responsible, my pups adored her, and I'd have her back dogsitting in a heartbeat.
