I have loved animals all my life and have had dogs all my life! My most recent experience is fostering dogs. I volunteered for two rescues and fostered 40+ dogs in my home over the past five years. I personally matched my foster dogs with their perfect loving homes with zero returns. Very proud of that!!!! Currently have 2 dogs of my own!! Additionally I was employed as a Certified Veterinary Technician for many years at Boulder Emergency Hospital. I have an Associate Degree as a CVT from Bel Rea Institute.

I am a very responsible adult woman and pets always come first, whether I walk them or care for them in your home while you’re away. Caring for someone’s pet, that is part of their family is a huge responsibility!! I understand the assignment and will put 100% into that responsibility!!!

Melissa is phenomenal. She took great care of my Roscoe and gave him all the attention he wanted. Melissa took care of all his needs, and plenty of exercise. Melissa took great care of my dog and house.
Melissa took excellent care of my puppy. She stayed 2 hours longer when I could not get back in time.
Melissa has been pet-sitting our 2 cats for over four years now, and is really so good at caring for them. She is the number one person we trust to stay overnight for multiple nights to care for our kitties and our home when we go out of town. My husband and I travel back home to Chicago to visit family 2-3 times a year and always ask Melissa to stay over and watch them. She has stayed for as little as 2 nights up to five nights a couple times. Our kitties love when she is with them, she knows their favorite toys amd games. Melissa and I met at work in 2021 and became great friends. She began staying over to watch the cats for us in 2022 and has done it at least 7 times for us.
This woman is fantastic with any animal. She was a vet tech in the past and knows what to do in any situation. Fantastic sitter.

I recently left a Server position where I was employed as a lead server for seven years. Looking to take a break for a while and do what I love most…. taking care of dogs!!!!
