Animals are my best friends.
I spent most of my time with birds when I was a child. As I grew older and finally started college I adopted two cats of my own. Learned everything I could before I made the decision to adopt. My friend also adopted a rabbit. She would often ask me to care for it while she was away. Letting me know special diet, play time and caring instructions. I followed all of it and that bunny was making binkies all over the place. Sometimes I brought my cats over and the bunny would make friends. Not too long after that I had taken in a cat for a friend of a friend who was going to live in a dorm. Her name was Cali and she was a fat kitty. My Dante became good friends with her. I started giving her a diet and exercise and 3 months after being with me she was happy to jump,play and frolic like she never had before. The owner was so thankful and i let her know some facts to keep her cat healthy. I hate seeing an animal so overweight they can't do anything but sit.

I keep my animals safe as I don't let them out. My cats are mostly indoor. I am very vigilante and would protect any animal as if they were my own pet. I've also treated obese animals by giving them plenty of good nutritious food and play time to exercise.

Melissa took such wonderful care of our 2 dogs. She sent constant texts, pictures and videos. I felt completely comfortable during my 6 days away from my furbabies! Already booked her for my weekend away in May!
Melissa was very attentive to Yogi's needs and I could tell that they built a bond over the two plus days I was gone. I was happy too get pics and updates of my boy when I was out of town. I would definitely use Melissa's services again. It looks like Yogi has a new buddy!
I couldn’t recommend Melissa highly enough! I had a rescue dog named Sammie, who was always cautious around people and would shy away from strangers. Melissa’s calm, kind, and patient approach was exactly what Sammie needed. She was incredibly respectful of Sammie’s space, and it didn’t take long for Sammie to trust her completely, happily following her around whenever she visited. Melissa took the time to truly understand Sammie’s personality and needs, which made a world of difference. Thanks to her care, Sammie became so much more comfortable and confident around new people. I cannot express enough how awesome Melissa is. She’s reliable and trustworthy. Always catering to my cat Ninas needy attention. Truly an animal lover no matter the size or type. Melissa attention to detail, care and love makes her an extraordinary individual worth recommending to all.
Melissa absolutely LOVES animals. She used to watch over my rabbits every time I had to stay out late. She was new to taking care of them, but it didn't take her long to figure it out and did an excellent job! There's also another time when my little sister had a friend that needed someone to take care of her cat for around three months and with Melissa's help and experience, we were able to slim her obese cat down to a manageable weight and help keep her active. My sister's friend was so happy to see her cute kitty looking healthy and fit! I can't think of anybody who loves animals as much as Melissa.

Right now I'm freelancing part time in art. Which gives me time to take care of my animals as I need to. Also taking classes to develop my skills even further.
