I’m beginning a new job in the area, so my availability will be limited to weekends and semester breaks for the foreseeable future. This includes Fall break, Thanksgiving break, and Christmas break, and Spring Break.

I definitely want to know if you’re working on any specific areas of behavior modification and training, so that I can stay consistent with your goals. Other factors include: is your dog comfortable around other dogs? Are there nearby dog parks or walking trails? How does your dog do on a car ride?

I definitely love to take my buddies on long walks. We can play outside, or run around indoors, or even go on a puppy play date. It all depends on the clients’ preference.

I've had 10+ years' experience working with animals in clients’ homes. I’m the proud mama of a calico-tortie cat called Oona, and the third parent to friends’ and clients’ fur babies. I grew up with an adorable 100-lb. yellow lab named Zack, so you can be sure I'm good with all breeds, even (or especially) the big ones. I provide trustworthy care and service for house- and dog-sitting. I'm also great with plants! I can provide all levels of care to all sizes and breeds of dogs and would love the opportunity to care for and love on your pet!

Melissa struck me as a mature, articulate, cheerful, and responsible adult. She did a wonderful job dropping in and taking care of my kitties and my home for 4 days. She also would’ve been available an extra day had my travel plans gone awry. Her communications and photos were timely and thorough. This trip was during a time of below zero temperatures outside, so it was nice to not worry about home/heat/freeze issues. My cats seem to have enjoyed her too. Thank you!
Melissa took great care of our dogs, 20-year old cat and house. It was wonderful being able to come home to a clean house and happy pets. I also really enjoyed our initial meet and greet, Melissa is very interesting and it was fun getting to know her. I highly recommend her taking care of your animals. We would definitely have her back on future trips.
We couldn’t be happier with Melissa taking care of our pets and home! She was reliable, kept us updated with pictures, and our animals seemed happy and relaxed when we returned. As a plus, our home was cleaner than we had left it!
We’ve used Melissa a couple times prior. She continues to be fantastic! Our boys love her. We were able to get away for a few days with piece of mind that house and boys were well cared for. It’s evident that they were loved while keeping to their routine. We came home to two very happy dogs. Thanks again!
