Melissa was sweet but didn’t follow instructions that were mentioned during meet and greet and were left typed out on the counter. I had tears in my eyes when I saw them both trying to get in the house through their doggy door for hours. She said that was an accident. Ripper was seen in front and down the street, I advised he’s only to be in back while we’re gone to avoid any unexpected accident while we are out of town. She fed him breakfast when he only eats at dinner time. I had high hopes when I choose her.

Melissa is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she sweet, but she demonstrates that she truly cares for our dog, Kaiser and he LOVES her so much. I highly recommend Melissa.
