Eager to love all the fur babies!
Hello! I hope to meet you and your pup(s) soon! I have experience in house sitting and dog boarding dogs as well as drop in visits. I am capable to play and provide extensive walks but also have no problem with dogs who are more relaxed as well. I have had my own dog with some medical issues so I am familiar with providing oral medications if needed. I love puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs and the same goes for kittens and cats! :) I am very communicative with pet parent and like to provide regular updates so no worries on never being able to reach me while your pet is in my care.

Every pet is different so I try to approach every pet like I’m making a new friend. I don’t know all their likes and dislikes yet so I am cautious but still making sure they know that I’m the caretaker in charge when I need to. I always start slow in the beginning just to have them get used to me but once they’re comfortable we can expect to play, go on walks, and hopefully cuddle and pets/scratches! :) (Because every dog is different, for safety and liability purposes, I do try to avoid interactions with dogs outside the home. Please still advise of your dog(s)’ specific temperament(s).)

Thank you Melissa for taking care of my fur babies.... even my elderly sickly girl! Really appreciate the regular updates and the communication regarding the storms that worried one of my dogs. They LOVE you and we do too. The pets were all happy when we got back and house was left in great shape too. Cannot recommend you enough!

Melissa is great! She’s sooooo patient with my pup who gets very anxious when I’m not home.
Melissa took great care of the house while we were gone and even better care of our babies. She was great at communicating and sending pictures. I was nervous to leave our pups for a week and she definitely made it easier on me and them by exceeding expectations. We will definitely be booking with her again.
Melissa did a wonderful job of taking care of my pets. She kept the house clean and she kept them clean. She kept them fed had no issues with medication. She did a great job I highly recommend her.

Programa
I’m now available throughout the week and weekends for house sittings! I do work from my computer for my primary job, so please be aware I will be having a laptop with me throughout the week. I am only available weekends for drop in visits, and walk visits in addition to house sittings. I am usually available for holidays as well and try to consistently update my calendar to reflect that but if ever needed, feel free to ask. :)
