Vet tech looking for pet sitting
I am a huge animal lover who has been working with animals since I was 16. Not only do I have several years experience pet sitting, but I’m also a certified veterinary technician. I have worked in both veterinary hospitals as well as an animal shelter. I always preferred working with the seniors, special needs or those with behavior concerns. Although my experience involves mostly dogs and cats, I am open to watching any species. My availability is usually pretty open and I don’t need a lot of notice. I currently live with five dogs, two are fosters, and have 3 cats. My passion for animals lead to me become a vegetarian. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, experienced and passionate, look no further!

She was so good with my boy. She made me feel comfortable leaving him with someone new. If I ever need anyone I know I can trust to leave him here.
We are extremely pleased with Melissa and her care for our dog, Owen. She provided a very safe and comfortable place for him, and let him learn his new environment and meet her pets at his own pace. She went above and beyond by helping Owen with his separation anxiety by letting him sleep on her bed to help him feel more at ease. During Owen's visit, she frequently gave us multi-day updates (along with pictures) to let us know how he was doing. Even though this was our first time leaving Owen with Melissa, she made everything feel comfortable and easy like we were leaving him a family member or friend. Overall we are extremely pleased with everything Melissa did and the entire experience!
