Drop-ins Pet Checks and Dog Walker
I had dogs & a cat growing up and always felt a deep connection with them. Up until May of 2026, I was the proud parent of a Dachshund mini who passed away from illness and who I deeply loved beyond words. I can relate to how scary it is to entrust your fur baby to someone else for their care - so I treasure and treat every pet-client with the same love & tenderness as if they were my own. I have done housesitting paired with dog care & cat care, pet drop/ins and dog walking for years.

I am currently living in Buffalo west side and I’m willing to do checks or dog walking within a 1 mile radius. I usually greet them with some pats, soothing, joyful language, and a treat if allowed. I care for all pets as if they are my own because I loved my own little fur-girl SO much and understand the feelings of concern pet parents have for their fur-children. We all want to know our babies are safe and in kind, loving hands.

Melissa is amazing!! I was in a bind and she was so flexible with me. She’s very attentive and makes sure she knows everything about your dogs and their schedules. My dogs love her and she takes the cutest pictures of them. I know I can trust her with my babies while I’m at work.
Melissa has taken amazing care of my two doodles. She is a responsible and loving sitter who consistently responds to text messages and shares photos of my dogs. I know my dogs are in great hands when she is caring for them. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for someone to love and care for their fur babies.
