Little Dogs Retreat
We love, love, love dogs! We have a home with a fenced yard and work from home so your pup will have lots of company for most of their stay. We also have two home dogs who are both very friendly and love having playmates. One is an elderly medium sized dog and has a hard time getting around and the other is a youngster who is only 8lbs. Therefore we prefer dogs on the smaller side (<40lbs) with no aggression issues with other dogs. Guest dogs are treated like family and are welcome throughout our home. Your dog will be well loved and cared for and treated like part of the pack. We look forward to hosting your pup.

Gizmo had a wonderful time. He feels at home with Melissa.
Melissa is a nice person and obviously loves dogs. However, I will not be asking her to watch Chloe again. There were a few issues, one being that Chloe had a growth on her foot that had a little bleeding a week before, but when it started bleeding during the stay, Melissa felt overwhelmed and we had to ask a friend to pick her up and keep her for a few days. Melissa did refund those days. Another issue is that she let Chloe escape out her front door into the front yard which is not fenced. Thankfully, the same friend was dropping off some replacement food because Melissa had accidently left our dog’s refrigerated wet food out overnight. My friend picked up Chloe from the yard and brought her back to the door.
Melissa and her family did a great job with Gizmo! He enjoyed his visit very much.

Melissa did a great job of making me feel like our dog was part of her family! Updated us and accommodated our dog, which I really appreciate!
We were really happy with the whole experience. Melissa and Kathleen were great to work with and our pup seemed happy and tired. They were quick to respond on everything and even sent us some pics.

Zeitplan
We work from home and will have plenty of time to interact with your pup. We also enjoy going for walks around the neighborhood and can keep you pup entertained easily.
