I truly love all dogs, and you can feel confident knowing your pet will be in caring and capable hands with me. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from playful puppies to seniors who may need extra support. Having cared for my own diabetic dog, I’m comfortable giving insulin, administering other shots or medications, and keeping pets on a consistent routine to support their health and happiness. I treat every dog like my own and make sure they always feel safe, comfortable, and loved. 🐶🫶🏼

I don’t offer boarding at this time, but during house sitting or drop-in visits, I make it a priority to ensure owners can trust me. I treat the home with respect, follow all instructions carefully, and make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Melissa took great care of our babies and our home! Our shy cat warmed up to her super fast, which is always a good sign. We could tell she was having fun with him and our puppy from the pictures she sent. We also came back to a spotless home with a little welcome back treat which was very sweet of her!
Melissa watched our two Australian Shepherds for 7 days, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. We are extremely selective about who we trust with our dogs, so leaving them for an entire week was a big deal for us. Thanks to Melissa, we were able to fully enjoy our bachelor/bachelorette cruise without worrying about our babies at home. Melissa pays attention to every detail and cares for our dogs as if they were her own. She even noticed that our female dog would likely be going into heat soon—something that speaks volumes about how observant and attentive she is. Her level of care goes far beyond the basics. She sent regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious from every picture how happy, comfortable, and loved our dogs were. Our dogs can sometimes be inconsistent eaters, but we could clearly see that they were eating routinely and thriving under her care. We even got to see their little smiles and smirks in the photos! Melissa is reliable, thoughtful, communicative, and genuinely loves animals. We hope to have her in our lives for a very long time because finding someone we trust with our dogs is incredibly rare. We are so grateful for the care she provided and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter.

Melissa took amazing care of our dog Rocky and our home. Rocky can be a bit standoffish, especially when we are gone, but from the pictures Melissa sent and how calm he was when we got home, it was clear that he was happy and well cared for by Melissa. We hope she will take care of him again!

Schedule
I currently have a completely open schedule and work only through Rover, which gives me the flexibility to provide pets with the time, care, and attention they need throughout the day.
