Hi! I’m Melissa (and Chans!), and we’ve been dog lovers our whole lives. We adore caring for pets and giving them plenty of love, attention, and adventure. We’ve recently moved to our new home in Alma, CO (261 County Rd 6, Alma, CO 80420)—a spacious 5-acre property with a fully fenced area perfect for safe off-leash play and exploration. Nestled in the stunning Rocky Mountains, it’s an ideal spot for dogs to roam, sniff, and relax in nature. We’re just a quick 20 min scenic drive from Breckenridge, making us super convenient for skiers, vacationers, or anyone exploring Summit County. Drop off your furry friend for the day while you hit the slopes, or book an overnight stay—we’re happy to accommodate both! Whether it’s fun daily walks, mountain hikes, playtime in our large yard, or cozy indoor cuddles, your pet will feel right at home with us. We provide personalized care, lots of exercise, and updates with photos/videos so you can relax worry-free. Melissa and Chance took amazing care of our 1-year-old Labrador, Bruna. Bruna had the best days at their home, playing nonstop with June and Ollie and feeling truly part of the family. They were wonderful with her at all times and even took her on hikes, which she absolutely loved. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. We could not have asked for better care and will definitely be coming back to them. Highly recommended!
Melissa & Chans are great! If you are skiing in Breck, your fur baby will be safe in their care while you enjoy your time away. Will re-book next time we ski in Breck.
Pups had a great time. Came back exhausted. Love that they had such great play partners with the golden retrievers they had. Well taken care of. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.
Melissa is extremely responsible and loving pet sitter for my dog. She always shows timely photos of my dog playing, eating, etc. She promptly responds over the app/phone with updates or emergencies. She always walks and takes care of the dog on time according to the schedule I laid out for her prior to my departure. She works very well with my pitmix and he is always very excited to see her when she walks through the door! I cannot recommend her enough!

Schedule
We both work from home and have our entire day to spend with your pet. We have a backyard to let your pet out as frequently as needed. We take our dog to the park at least 1-2 times a day.

We live near multiple parks and can drive to off leash parks so the pup can enjoy more socialization and outdoor time. We are active runners and can take your pup on runs with us. We take our dog on our runs.
