In my home, House of Paws I provide loving, safe, fun, daycare & boarding where dogs are treated like family. My goal is to make every pet feel happy, comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Dogs enjoy plenty of playtime, attention, cuddles, exercise, and companionship in a safe, cage-free home environment with fully fenced & secured yard. My experience includes caring for puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, and dogs with disabilities. I always give each dog the same love and care I want for my own pets. I cannot recommend Melissa enough! Leaving my dog Abby behind always made me anxious, but she provided unmatched peace of mind. From the very first meet and greet, it was obvious how much she genuinely loves animals. Melissa followed all of Abby’s feeding routines perfectly. I loved receiving daily updates and photos, which made my time away so much more enjoyable. I continue book with Melissa weekly and as needed.

I wanted to commend Melissa (House of Paws) for taking such excellent care of my baby, Zach (yellow lab). I had to go out of town for a few days and I brought him to Melissa’s, who cared for him as if he were her own. She kept me updated, sent me pictures and gave him the love and affection he (constantly) needs. He tends to have some separation anxiety, but she made him comfortable within minutes of me dropping him off! In fact, when I went to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave! ☺️ I would recommend Melissa to anywho who needs an amazing pet sitter, just for the day or for an over night stay!
Melissa has been caring for my dogs for years, and I honestly couldn't ask for someone more loving, trustworhty, and dependable. My dogs absolutely adore her, which says everything to me. She truly treats every pet like they are her own and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable, safe, happy, and loved. I always appreciate the updates and photos while I'm away because it gives me complete peace of mind knowing my pets are in such caring hands. It's hard to find someone you fully trust with your animals, and I can confidently say Melissa is one if those people. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized, reliable, and compassionate pet care.
We had such a great experience with Melissa. From the first meet-and-greet, it was obvious they genuinely love animals. They kept us updated throughout the stay with photos and messages, and our pup looked so comfortable and happy the entire time. It gave us real peace of mind knowing our dog was in such caring hands. Melissa watches my 14 year old cavalier everytime we go away. Our dog is very timid, yet when she is with Melissa, she’s like a puppy again. Melissa takes amazing care of our girl and when she is there I feel confident she’s in the best hands possible.

I have a fully fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, exercise, and potty breaks, along with plenty of supervision, attention, affection, and playtime throughout the day. My sweet 9-year-old female mixed breed dog, Porsche, provides friendly companionship, and dogs have opportunities to socialize with other dogs when appropriate. For pets who prefer a quieter environment or more personal space, private quarters within my home are also available so they can relax comfortably and feel secure. Crates available on request. I work with you & your pet to provide safe loving personalized care to meet all of your & your pets needs. Our goal is to make you both feel part of our family.
