I started this journey because animals aren’t just pets they’re family. For me, this is more than pet care it’s heart work. ❤️🐾🐴 From walking dogs and loving on cats to cleaning stalls, washing and grooming horses, and picking hooves, I’m all about giving animals the care they deserve. I’m gentle, reliable, and full of love in everything I do. Even though I have a full time job and get off between 6 and 6:30 your furry animal will be in the best hands. I go and clean my church on Saturday and church on Sundays but your babies will always be taken care of. Your animals are safe with me and treated like my one and only son. He’s 17, so I’ve got years of real, hands-on love and care behind me. I’m one of the best mothers ever, and I bring that same heart, commitment, and energy into every animal I care for. My son is always apart of any visit. 💪🏽💖

Melissa was great with Walter. She was very communicative and sent sweet pictures. She didn’t get to our house until an hour after her arrival window. When she arrived she was accompanied by a man that I later found out was her son. I didn’t mind that her son came along with her I just would have liked to know ahead of time or be asked if it was ok that she brought someone with her. On the one full day of her stay, she left the house for 8 hours leaving our puppy in the crate the entire time, despite his profile stating he needs a potty break every 4 hours. He also did not get fed lunch due to her absence. Along with this information being in his Rover profile, I also left a detailed information sheet with very specific instructions. There is no reason he should have missed a meal and been left alone for so many hours considering he is still a puppy. They took good care of our house and the weekend ended up being fine.
Melissa was fantastic while staying with our dogs at our home. She communicated frequently and sent us cute doggie pictures throughout the weekend. We’ve only had friends or family watch our dogs before but after moving further away, we needed to find someone. With her quick communications, we felt confident our pups were being well loved while we were gone. Thank you Melissa!
Melissa was fantastic! She watched our babies while we went to get married and she was perfect. The updates she sent helped ease the stress! I would highly recommend her!! Will definitely be using her again!

Schedule
I currently work full-time during the weekdays, but I’m available to check on your animal during the day if you’re nearby. I also offer overnight care and am available to stay in your home or host your animal whichever makes them feel most comfortable. I’m fully available for overnight stays during the week and on weekends. Your animal has my full attention, love, and care. Their safety, happiness, and routine mean everything to me.
