Melissa was great! She answered my request right away. She came over to meet Penny soon after we spoke. I'm convinced Penny adopted her as family right away. Melissa sent daily pictures of morning and evening walks, made sure Penny was eating and pottying properly, and gave her lots of cuddles. I would definitely recommend Melissa to care for your fur baby in your absence.

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Melissa! She stayed in our home for 10 days while we were traveling and took absolutely excellent care of our puppy. From the start, Melissa was communicative, kind, and clearly experienced—she sent us regular updates and photos that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. On top of caring for our dog, Melissa went above and beyond by watering our plants, taking out the garbage and recycling, and keeping the house spotless. Everything was just as we left it—if not better! What really stood out to us was her dedication and kindness. When it looked like our flight home might be canceled, Melissa offered to stay an extra night—despite having a family emergency and a flight of her own the next morning. That kind of reliability and compassion is rare, and we are incredibly grateful. We highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring sitter. She is truly exceptional
