I am an experienced cat and dog sitter, either alone or multi-pet household! Having lived with 4 cats and 1 dog growing up and then with raising one cat on my own, I am very familiar with the unique dynamics of a feline + dog, solo dog, or solo feline home (different diets, oral hygiene, cleaning mult. litter boxes, administering oral meds, varying play times). Rest assured, I will take the time to know your pet to ensure they feel safe and loved while you are away <3

I prefer to visit the hooman's home to meet the furbaby and start establishing a relationship. I am very detail orientated and want to know as much about your typical routine, so they don't get as stressed. Some of those details include if they are food and or toy driven, knowing any silly quirks they may have, and grooming (oral hygiene, grooming, etc.) routines!

Melissa always goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of pets. She is very attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys being around animals. When she’s watched my two cats, I’ve seen her take initiative such as introducing new activities that keep them engaged, thinking, and excited. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re with her because I know that she is reliable and will do an excellent job. I highly recommend Melissa!
