I am a current student in Medical School who has been dog sitting since high school. I have provided care for dogs and cats for various families on overnight trips. Over the past two years I provided care on and off for a household with two dogs, chickens, pigs, and gardens. I have worked in medicine and volunteered with the elderly over the past two years.

I highly endorse and recommend Melissa as a pet caregiver! She is one of the most attentive, good-natured, responsible and enthusiastic people I've ever crossed paths with. Her dependability quickly became essential to our family and dog who enjoyed over night stays, walks, and even visits to the groomer with Melissa. She constantly demonstrated responsibility with longer stays at our family home and made sure to send lots of puppy photos! Melissa was our go to pet caregiver (the fish and cat appreciate her too), we are sad to see her go--but excited that she'll get to meet more furry friends out East! 10/10 recommend!
Melissa is a very responsible, driven young lady. She has been a dedicated employee for the last year and a half at urgent care and will now be starting medical school at UNE. Any pet owner would be lucky to have her care for their animal.

Schedule
I am available weekends and love to get outside (ideally with a dog). On weekdays I am happy to work around my class schedule to make sure your dog has plenty of care and time outside!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment but have grass area outside. I also love taking dogs for walks or hikes. I am happy to take care of clients households as well, keeping the area clean, animals fed and walked, and plants watered.
