I've grown up with dogs my whole life. Small dogs and large dogs, some say I'm like my dad and grandma having a special talent to connect with animals, specifically dogs. I have done various types of dog caretaking, from staying in the owners home while they are away, taking dogs on walks and care for them in my own home. Being patient and matching a dogs energy is one of my skills in supporting all ages of dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I have a small dog myself who is very friendly and gets along with all dogs. I look forward to meeting your loving little fur babies and helping provide love to them when you are away.

Melissa was both flexible and prompt. After we had completed the booking I had to change the time of the walk on the first day. Melissa quickly agreed and adjusted the booking. Prior to booking Melissa came to our home to meet and interact with Kenya to make sure they had good rapport. No problem there. Melissa arrived promptly each of the 3 days she was scheduled to walk Kenya and each day, Kenya got more excited to see her. Kenya came home happy and ready to take a rest every day. Melissa waled her for the full hour and they covered around 2 miles each day. Great exercise for the pup.
Melissa took excellent care of Eva! She was extremely accommodating with pick up and drop off times, took extra care in feeding my pup when she was being fussy and her dog was so friendly too. Thank you Melissa, you anre awesome!
Melissa was amazing with Troy! She sent updates and pictures/videos throughout the day which really put me at ease. I cannot recommend her enough & will definitely be using her again to watch my fur baby 🫶🏽

Schedule
Currently I work full time as a special education teacher so typically I am available afternoons starting at 3:30, and can accommodate overnight. On the weekends I am available during the day as well as overnights.

I have covered patio with a high stone wall that keeps animals in and others out. There is a small doggy door for smaller dogs to get out and my small poodle mix would be home as well. Lots of areas to walk in my complex and very dog friendly
