I have several years of experience caring for many different types of animals. I have been a cat owner my whole life, so am very comfortable caring for cats (indoor or outdoor) in any capacity. I have previous experience dog-sitting for both small and large dogs, as well as senior dogs. I have experience providing drop-in visits for potty breaks, walks, feedings, cleaning litter boxes, administering medications, playtime, extra cuddles, as well as staying overnight to provide daily care for pets whose owners are out of town for multiple days. I also have some experience checking in and feeding farm animals such as chickens, guineas, farm cats, and cows. I am a big animal lover that has been around animals my whole life. I would love to give you peace of mind when you are away from home to know your pets are being looked after and well cared for!

Comfortable caring for many different types of animals. I can provide most anything from a quick check-in, to an overnight stay if feasible. I am able to provide walks or outdoor time for dogs, comfortable cleaning litter boxes or other pet cages, and can even administer medications if needed too.

First and foremost we would 200% recommend Melissa for her pet care services. This last January she stayed in our home and cared for our 17 year old maltipoo! Melissa corresponded with us very well and sent us pictures and videos while we were away from home! On top of this our home looked amazing upon arriving home. Melissa is very responsible and respectful individual. Please don’t hesitate to contact her for her services! Also, she cared for our barn cat while we were away, and this wasn’t part of our deal….she also purchased an insulated water bowl for our barn cat as well!!! 🐾🐾🐶🐈⬛
I had Melissa pet-sit my 2 cats when I went on a trip. It was the first time I ever had anyone other than family take care of them and I was really anxious. Melissa did a wonderful job! She kept me informed and sent me photos so I could enjoy my vacation without being constantly worried. And my cats were comfortable with her, which was amazing! I highly recommend Melissa for your pet care needs!
Melissa would be absolutely perfect for this role! She adores animals and treats them with loving affection. I can vouche by saying she has personally watched my cats for me while I've been away from home and they were best friends right from the get go! My cat loves her so much that she will come crawl onto my lap every time I talk to Melissa on the phone and she hears her voice. It's the cutest thing! Programa
Currently a full-time college student and working part time in the Madison area. I have a flexible schedule so can do drop-in visits or stay overnight with pets if you live within a decent commuting distance to Madison.
