I care for your furry loved ones as if they are my own, regardless of their age or size. I have dog-sat for puppies and senior dogs, from calm to very lively. I have also cared for dogs recovering from surgery. I provide attentive, personalised care tailored to each dog’s needs and temperament. Our puppy Monty was well looked after by Melissa and her husband. This was our first time leaving our 7 month old cocker with anyone since we got him so we were of course a little anxious about how he would feel being in someone else’s care but Melissa was so warm and welcoming and even met with us a few weeks before hand for a walk so we could all get to know each other and it really put me at ease to know he would be in such good hands 😊 Melissa sent us lots of pictures daily whilst we were away and spent all of her time with Monty, taking him for lots of long walks and letting him play in their paddling pool. I did not have to worry about Monty at all - he was having the best time. Despite not having any dogs of her own Melissa was very loving, caring and knowledgable with our boy. We will definitely be using Melissa and her husband again in the future. Thank you so much 🐶
This is the second time Mel has looked after our pup Cali. Mel is really accommodating, responsive with messages and our dog absolutely adores her! Couldn’t recommend her enough

Melissa and Troy were first class sitters. From the first moment we met Melissa during the “meet and greet” session there was clear chemistry between us and especially with Louis. He was extremely well cared for and felt totally at home during his stay. I would have no hesitation in booking with Melissa again . Top marks and thank you so much .

Mel was an amazing dog sitter in our home during our week away. We felt so reassured knowing our 7 month old pup Cali was so content and well looked after by her. Mel sent regular updates that allowed us to see how happy Cali was and meant we could relax whilst away. Mel looked after our home so well and did everything we needed. Would highly recommend Mel as a kind, capable dog sitter.

Schedule
I don’t just love dogs; I see them as companions. Balancing that love with the demands of being a full-time blogger means I naturally incorporate pet care into both my daily and weekly routines. I have a pacemaker, and dog walking is a great way to exercise and stay healthy, engaging in something I enjoy. Occasionally, when my husband (Troy) is working from home, he joins us on walks & play time. When I am home, I have plenty of time to walk your dogs and play with them. I am available for weekend boarding, including Drop-In Visits, Doggy Day Care, and Dog Walking. I usually only need a couple of days’ notice when I am home.

Safety, trust & environment
My husband (Troy) & I own our Maisonette, and we have a private fenced yard. It's just the two of us; we don’t have any children or pets in the home. So, your fur baby will have all our attention and safety.
A typical day
We would go for walks around the parks in our local area or yours, and play fetch where possible to bond and stay active. I generally ensure the dog is both mentally and physically stimulated while we have a great time together.
