Bulldog Mom, Nurse, & Animal Lover!
Hi! My name is Melissa. My husband and I have an English Bulldog, Rooney. I also grew up with Dasher, a sweet Black Lab/boarder collie mix, and two cats, Annie and Ted. My husband’s mom owns a pet care company, so he is no stranger to dogs of all breeds and sizes! He has been helping her care for dogs for most of his life. He grew up with various dogs and two maine coon cats, Guinness and Buster. Our bulldog has us used to extra daily cleaning and vet visits, so we’re no strangers to pets with health concerns. I’m also a pediatric nurse and used to providing extra TLC! We cannot wait to meet and care for your fur babies whatever their need may be!

Melissa is one of the few people I can trust to take care of my dogs. She is attentive, dependable, and playful. She manages to make even the most standoffish dogs feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend her for any dog that is in need of love, warmth, and attention while you’re away!
There is no one better than Melissa to take care of your fur baby. I have seen first hand how caring and devoted she is. She can administer medicines, provide topicals and give attention and activity. I would trust Melissa with my dogs and cat anytime at all!

Schedule
Your pet will always have someone available to them! If I’m at work, my husband works from home and is available for walks or potty breaks.

Our dog Rooney loves meeting new dogs and will keep your furry friend entertained! We also have separate floors/rooms if your pet needs their own space too. We are happy to crate if you do or have them sleep on their bed. We want to recreate the environment you have in your home. We have a lovely backyard your pet can sunbathe in.

A typical day
We can go on hikes, walks, or play at home. Whatever your pet enjoys to do. We have dog parks nearby and love to walk along the bay.
