A student vet nurse
I have grown up with pets of varying species and have always loved looking after pets. I have 5 years of experience in the animal industry, including attending college and studying animal management and currently studying veterinary nursing, working in vet practices, dog grooming, doggy daycares and farms. Due to previous experience I am able to provide pets with first aid if required, I know how to perform CPR on dogs, have advanced knowledge on pet nutrition, care, and behaviour. I also have experience working with puppies from as young as 4 weeks, to geriatric pets in their final stages of life.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced off garden and a 1year old pointer cross. We have a baby gate in the kitchen in case of needing to put our dog away or yours. I also have a car with doggy seat belts in case of needing to travel with your pups.

Melissa is a fantastic dog sitter. She has looked after saluki called Luna several times often as a last minute request. She is timely and always arrives smiling and excited to spend time with Luna. Luna absolutely adores Melissa and comes home happy and clearly enjoyed her time. I also receive many amazing photos of their day. Highly recommend

Schedule
I am currently studying veterinary nursing at university, so will have to fit dog walks around my lectures, but am always available to dog sit and check in on your furry pets throughout the day.
