I work full-time Monday through Friday, which is why I dedicate my weekends to pet care! 🐾 I’m available for weekend walks and drop-in visits only, and I have full flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays to meet your needs. Whether you need an early morning walk, mid-day drop-in, evening potty break, or multiple visits in one day, I’m happy to accommodate your schedule. Because I intentionally keep my weekends open for pet care, your pup will have my full attention — no rushing between commitments. I love spending my weekends outside, so dog walks fit naturally into my routine here in Hawaiʻi. If you’re looking for reliable, communicative, and flexible weekend care, I’d love to help!

I always start by making sure your pet feels comfortable with me. I take my cues from them and move at their pace — building trust first is always my priority. If your dog is treat-motivated, I’m happy to use positive reinforcement (with your permission) to help with things like getting their leash on or easing into our walk. If they’re more independent or prefer to warm up slowly, I respect that and give them the space they need. For pups who love being outdoors, we can spend time playing and getting energy out in the yard. If they’re more companion-oriented, I’m just as happy hanging out, offering attention, belly rubs, or calm company. Every visit is tailored to your dog’s personality, routine, and comfort level. My goal is for them to feel safe, understood, and happy — and for you to feel completely confident while they’re in my care.

Hi! I recently made the move to beautiful Hawaiʻi, and I’m so excited to be part of this community — especially the pet-loving one! Living here has made me appreciate even more how important daily movement, sunshine, and fresh air are (for both humans and pups!). While working full-time in my professional HR career, I spent two years dog walking with Pups and Recreation because being around dogs truly fills my cup. It was never “just” a side job — it was something I genuinely looked forward to every week. Now that I’m settling into island life, I’m offering weekend walks and drop-in visits so your pup can get their steps (and sniffs!) in while you’re out enjoying your weekend plans. Whether your dog loves a brisk, energy-burning walk or a slower stroll with plenty of sniff breaks, I’m happy to match their vibe. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I understand that each one has their own quirks (which honestly makes them even better). I’m patient, attentive, and big on communication — you’ll always get updates and photos so you can feel totally at ease. If your pup needs weekend adventure walks, potty breaks, playtime, or just some extra love and attention, I’m your girl. I’ll treat them like my own — belly rubs included.
