Hello! I'm Mel 🙋♀️. I live in Amsterdam with Geoff, my boyfriend and Adolfito 🐶, a Yorkshire Terrier who immigrated with me from Argentina in 2020. Geoff and I love pets and we're thinking of adopting a companion to accompany and play with Adolfito. He is very friendly with other animals and enjoys their company very much. Whenever we travel, he travels with us and that has made him a very sociable puppy 🐾💕. Your furry one will spend a beautiful stay with us ☺️.

I can't say enough amazing things about Melissa! Finding the right person to look after my dog Amara is not easy. She has separation anxiety and food allergies and is used to being with me everywhere I go. The energy and patience of the person caring for her matters enormously. I found Melissa literally the evening before I needed someone, and she responded so fast and so warmly that I immediately felt at ease. We arranged a meetup in a neutral space between our dogs in the very next morning. Amara and Adolfo hit it off instantly, and we had a click too! Melissa provides walks and daytime sitting on my office days, and Amara absolutely loves her. Watching my dog feel safe, happy, and comfortable with someone other than me fills my heart in a way I didn't expect. For a dog with separation anxiety, that is everything. I truly feel like I found the next best thing after myself for my furbaby. If you're looking for someone who brings the right energy, genuine love for dogs, and incredible responsiveness, look no further. Melissa is a gem! 🐾💛
Melissa is amazing! Toddy spent 10 days under her care, he was incredibly happy, looked after and cared for. She constantly sent us pictures and videos of him walking, playing, and sleeping which made us feel close to him every day during his stay. When we picked him up he was happy and cheerful! He also made a friends with Adolfo Melissa’s doggie who is very sweet.
Melisa takes really good care of Teddy and has always been accommodating to accept request last minute. Teddy will definitely visit you again!
Melisa was so communicative and sent me bunch of pictures throughout the day. Teddy was well taken care of and I will definitely visit her next time too!!
Melisa and Geoff are excellent hosts! They send a lot of photos and our dog loves them.
Melisa took very good care of my puppy and was really patient with him! She sent me plenty of photos and videos throughout the day and explained how the day went when I went to pick him up

I am a Graphic Designer and work from home which allows me to manage my times and be available for walks when your pet needs it as well as free time to play with them.

I have a comfortable apartment with a large terrace where your pet can be at ease. Also, your pet will be accompanied by Adolfito 🐶 who is a very good host and has many toys!!

A typical day
I love playing with dogs at home or in the park. In addition, I think it is very important that they have a quiet space to rest comfortably and recharge their batteries so that they can continue playing and enjoying each moment.
