Melissa and Alex were amazing with Reggie!! They took such good care of him, took him out to the parks - played fetch with him, and gave him a bath! They also sent loads of photos - and it seemed like Reggie really settled in with them quickly. As they were a couple, there was always someone around to spend time with Reggie and I was so thankful he was in such great hands while I was away!! I know Reggie was definitely sad to leave them and we will forsure be booking in with them again soon!! Thank you!

Melissa was fantastic with Madi, especially given how last-minute everything was. We initially booked her in a bit of a panic during the heatwave, and then our plans changed when our regular sitter became available, meaning we had to adjust the booking. Melissa was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout. As this was Madi's first stay with her, I was naturally a little nervous, but Melissa immediately put me at ease. She was very mindful of the hot weather, reassuring me that her ground-floor home stayed cool and keeping me updated whenever they went outside. She made sure walks were short, in the shade, and that Madi always had plenty of water—exactly the kind of thoughtful care you hope for during extreme temperatures. It was clear Madi was comfortable with her, and I really appreciated the regular updates and Melissa's calm, caring approach. If you're looking for someone reliable, experienced, and genuinely attentive—especially if you need a sitter at short notice—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa. We'd happily book with her again!

10/10 experience. Melisa is an absolute gem - great in communication, clearly loves dogs and super flexible. Biggie had a lovely time and came back happier than ever! Would highly recommend!

Noisette had an amazing time with Melisa! She was really caring, super responsive, and sent us pictures and updates every single day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I always feel very comfortable leaving Amara with Melisa as Melisa makes her feel super comfortable. Amara is very a temperamental cat and usually does not like being away from home with the exception of with Melisa. Makes my holidays stress free!
