I have 30+ years experience with pets and am currently available for housesits to care responsibly for your home and pets while my home is under renovations (no dog boarding at this time). I am a huge animal lover and have experience training and raising my own dog (an Aussie shepherd) who stays at home with her dad when I travel.

We had a great experience with Melissa. She was fast to respond, easy to communicate with, and came over to our house beforehand for a meet and greet, which I really appreciated. From the beginning, I felt that she was reliable and trustworthy. I felt completely comfortable leaving my home and the dogs in her care, knowing she would show up exactly as agreed. Melissa took wonderful care of Pablo and Braza. She took them on adventures to the beach, followed all of my wishes and instructions carefully, and truly went above and beyond. What stood out most was how calm, capable, and unfazed she was with my dogs’ special needs and sometimes slightly out-of-line behavior – she didn’t flinch or seem overwhelmed at all. Overall, I felt I could fully trust Melissa and our agreement from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and communicative dog sitter.
Melissa was great with Marley. She sent regular updates, pictures and video, and was very responsive to all my questions. We would definitely use her again. 🐶😊

I work remotely / from home for myself which means I can fit things in flexibly during the day / week with your fur babies.
