My journey of pet sitting started with looking after family friends’ dogs. I have looked after many different breeds. Happy to take them on long walks, give a warm bath and relaxing brushing session afterwards. 🛁 And when it was time -12 years ago- I have adopted my boy! Unfortunately he is not with me anymore but it was a precious experience. When I was ready to adopt another one, I realised that I do not have enough time to commit anymore. I love pets and feel happy around them. Because of this, I have decided to be in Rover. As I said, I do not have enough time to commit a pet of my own because of my work, and having one of our furry friends locked in the house would only make me feel guilty. Rather than that, I decided to pet sit and give all the attention through Rover. 💚 I looked after dogs and lived with a cat before. Not being the fan of cleaning the potty made me a good potty trainer. In the short term stays there is not much possibility. However in the long term I can potty train too! I even though my cat to use the loo, only if he could flush haha! If you need a spare human to give unlimited love and attention while you are away, that will be me! Can’t wait to meet with you and your pet 🐾

Melisa really saved the day with some urgent, last minute dog-sitting for our two miniature dachshunds. She was super communicative throughout the planning and the day of the dog-sitting and she had a lovely, cheerful nature and personality! Melisa sent through pictures of the dogs during the stay and asked the right questions, making us feel confident that the dogs were in good, safe hands. We would definitely use Melisa's dog sitting services again!

Schedule
I am working full time, 4 days in the office and one day at home. I would only commit looking after your pet when I have my full attention on them! Therefore, looking after them from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be my biggest availability. There are occasional times that I am free during the week as well but we can talk about it as and when needed ✌🏼

I live in a flat with balcony in Finsbury Park and never accepting more than one furry friend at a time (if they both are not your’s)!The park is 5 minutes away from my house and I am more than happy to put my AirTag on the leash while we are going for a walk and some play time ☺️
A typical day
I live super close to parks and frankly love going for big walks so on an average day, we can walk 5k+ per walk! I
