A typical day
Wake up, let the dog out, let the dog in, feed the dog, let the dog out, play fetch and/or sun bathe, let the dog in, make food, let the dog out, let the dog in, go for a walk, let the dog out, let the dog in, dinner time, let the dog out, let the dog in. All jokes aside, having a dog around you is a great feeling. Dogs are loving and loyal and make you laugh a lot.

Pet care experience
**As of right now, I unfortunately cannot do overnight stays. I can do multiple, extended, early-morning and late-night drop ins. (Up to 5 Drop ins a day)** I thoroughly enjoy animals. In most cases, they are better than people. I have many years of experience with animals. I've owned dogs and cats my whole life. As well as a guinea pig, hamsters, birds and a tortoise. I currently have 4 dogs whose ages vary from 11 years old to 10 months. Each dog has been trained by me, including potty training. My daughter is currently living with me and expecting a baby in June, so I may not be available for a few weeks in June. Please message me if my calendar is blocked off. If you are close and no overnight visits are needed, I may still be able to help!

Our dogs loved Melinda! Our one dog can be quite timid due to his upbringing before we adopted him, but he loved Melinda right away! She spent time with our dogs and truly cared for them. She goes above and beyond to take care for our pups and we are so thankful for her!
Melinda was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond caring for our 3 large pups post-spay, giving them gentle, attentive care every single day. Melinda sent daily pictures and detailed report cards so we always knew how our girls were doing, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Melinda even helped improve our puppies’ leash manners with one-on-one attention and patience — such a thoughtful touch we didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be booking with her again!
Melinda was everything and so much more than the perfect person to care for our two doggies that mean the world to us! Such a sweet spirit they immediately loved her which made going away for us 100% better, we knew they were in good hands.
