I like to have an idea of what to expect in terms of your dog's personality and needs. It's helpful to know how your dog gets along with other people and animals and what commands they know.
A typical day
I enjoy taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood, provided they're up for it. If there is a specific dog park you usually take them to, please let me know. Otherwise, I mostly avoid dog parks in case there is another animal there that is not good with dogs.

Pet care experience
Although I've only recently adopted a fur baby of my own, growing up many of my family members and close friends were dog owners. Through my volunteering experience at animal shelters, I have gained valuable experience working with dogs of various sizes and breeds! I would prefer to take care of your dog in the comfort of your own home, where they can feel more at ease and familiar with their surroundings. Rest assured that your furry friend will receive my undivided attention and the best possible care. I fully recognize that your pet is a valued member of your family, and my top priority is ensuring that your family feels secure with my services. (I am vaccinated and boosted, and can wear a mask if that makes you feel comfortable)

Melia was so sweet and attentive with opal! She kept us updated with frequent pictures and messages letting us know how opal was doing. She listened to our instructions perfectly and left a clean home to come back too. We could tell opal was a little disappointed when we got home and her friend had left😅 We will definitely book with her again in the future!
Melia went above and beyond with our girl Parker! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! We received frequent picture updates and our dog looked so happy in every one of them! She was very attentive to detail and we could tell she was getting the best care! She looked so happy when we returned home. On top of that, our house was in beautiful shape when we got back, you couldn’t even tell someone had been staying here! I would highly recommend Melia, we will definitely be using her again!
