Currently I work from home. I can come to you for drop ins, pet-sitting (daily or overnights) and dog-walking . I have a flexible schedule so I am open for any negotiations.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs and preferences. Happy to stick to your training policies such as treat admission and medication schedules. I checked “can administer oral medication” though, this has typically been by putting the medicine in food (by owners request).
A typical day
We will go for walks around the community and especially If there is a park close to your residence. They can visit the dog park and we can do “pet led” nature walks.

Pet care experience
I have experience with pet sitting for over 15 years. I am comfortable with cats, dogs and various animals. I have done many drop-ins, walks and live-in pet sitting. I have a lot of energy and joy that I enjoy sharing with the animals ! I prefer smaller to care for / medium sized dogs and cats. I do love big dogs but only if they are very friendly. I may have a challenging time with a larger dog who is skittish or barks at me.

Mel was wonderful! The dogs were so well cared for and she kept me updated so I was able to enjoy my time without worrying about the dogs while I was gone.

Mel did a great job for us! She watched our two dogs and cat while we were gone for a weekend! She fed them and administered medication. One of our dogs was a little aggressive, but she worked through that with him. I appreciate her patience and all she did for our fur babies! Thank you, Mel! You’re the best!
