I treat every pet and home as if they were my own. I do my best to keep your pet on their normal routine to help them feel safe and comfortable— whether that's feeding, walks, playtime, or medications. I'm attentive to details, respectful of your home, and always make sure your pet gets lots of love and attention while you're away. I also believe communication is important. I make sure to send plenty of photos and reach out if I need any clarification about your furry friend's care! I am also happy to meet clients and their furry friends before booking to find out if we’re a match!

A typical day
I can take your dogs on daily walks and play with them outside with their favorite toys. If it isn’t too hot and time allows, I’d also be happy to take them on a hike or to a dog park so they can enjoy some extra fun outside the house. Can’t forget about the cats either! I make sure they get plenty of playtime with their favorite toys and lots of attention so they can stay happy and entertained!

Hi there! I'm Melayna, and I'd love to help out with petsitting and walking. I just moved here with my furry friend and would love to meet yours! I love animals and have had many of my own so I have experience caring for pets. I also love being outside so I can take them on walks and play with them!

Melayna helped us in a pinch when our regular walker wasn’t available and was so great with our dogs. very reliable and flexible. She left very detailed notes on her report cards and took pics of our babies. we will use her again!
Melayna is kind and compassionate. She treats our dog like he's an actual human. She is super reliable and can handle big or little dogs. She is always there when she's supposed to be, addresses any issues right away, sends pictures during her visits, and I feel that I can confidently count on her to help my dog feel safe and secure while I'm away, and I am able to relax and enjoy my trip.
