your pet will feel at home!
My biggest concern is that you know your pet is in great hands while you are away. Your pet will be at home while staying with me. They have access to all furniture and comfortable places. We have a fenced in yard. I have been an animal lover all my life and have 10+ years experience that consists of; working at an SPCA, full time dog-walker, full time pet-sitter, and all the in between! We live in a lovely walkable neighborhood and do three walks a day. My dog Belli is the sweetest and loves every dog and cat she’s ever met! She is submissive, and extremely friendly. She will play, lay or run around with your pet. She will keep your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. I feel it makes the missing you less for them since they’re busy playing and happy! My previous clients will tell you how great I am with communicating. I will provide photos often and communicate promptly. I know how important it is to know your baby is in the best hands and provide updates throughout the day as well as an end of day summary and sign off. I only take 2 dogs at a time so your pup will be ensured to get attention, care and will never be alone while staying with us. Please reach out with any further questions. Please note I will charge a cleaning fee if your pet has excessive accidents that were not planned for.

Melanie took great care of our Frenchie girl! She had plenty of exercise and got on well with her dog ! I loved that Melanie sent me so many updates and pics during her stay , it made me feel better about having to leave her. For context our dog hasn’t reacted well to going to standard boarding facilities and had come home in terrible condition. With Melanie our pup was kept in a very homey warm environment and came home well and thriving!! I would definitely recommend Melanie and will definitely look her up when we need to board again !! I was afraid I wasn't going to get my dog back! I was afraid because he loved his time with Melanie so much that he might want to just stay there! I got daily pictures of my favorite boy playing with Bellie, getting belly-rubs, going for walks, getting ready for bed, doing tricks and just being adored by Bellie and Melanie. The first day or two, I could see the worry in his eyes that Dad wasn't coming back for him. After day two, that look was gone. He was one of the pack at Melanie's house. She took him for many, many walks. She gave him just as many treats as he gets at home. She even brushed him... and he LIKED IT. He NEVER likes getting brushed. Melanie is amazing and if my boy ever seems bored or gloomy, I'm going to arrange a play date with his new girlfriends. I'll also be booking another stay when I go on a cruise next year.
Melanie was an amazing sitter for our senior pup. She was so careful with his needs and was incredibly accommodating. She sent us so many pictures throughout the day and make us feel so comfortable. We highly recommend her and will absolutely be using her again when in Baltimore!

Pets have full range of my home, I make sure they’re comfortable and acclimated with the new space and let them explore safely! They have access to comfortable spots, all furniture and a wonderful fenced in yard.

A typical day
Living in such a walkable area I will walk your pet often. We have outdoor games and love fetch. Inside we have dog tv always playing, endless toys and lots of stimulating puzzles.
