Please note: I do not charge any extra if you have more than 1 cat - I can't amend the default setting :( I’ve had cats all my life and have three of my own. I love meeting other cats and am the type of cat obsessed person who will always cross the street to say hello to a cat :) Looking after your cat will be a genuine pleasure for me - - I will spend plenty of time with your cat(s) whether they are are playful, or snugglers, or just a bit out of sorts because you’re not there - I won’t just feed them and rush off after 5 minutes! I am very patient and calm with nervous cats and I usually bring a book to read with your cat on my lap or just being in the same space with them if they're a bit unsure or anxious 😻 I’m a SEND teacher by profession and fully DBS checked. Your pets and property will be in safe, trusted hands.

Mel is a brilliant cat sitter and a lovely, warm person! After meeting Mel, I felt at ease that Fig would be well looked after. She was flexible with timings and sent us updates of the visits, as well as photos and videos of Fig eating and playing. We came back to a very happy cat. Thanks so much Mel! 😻
Mel was brilliant. I am an anxious cat owner ad my girls are old and have some health needs, and need regular medication. Mel took this in her stride and did a great job! She sent loads of photos, gave my girls lots of time and cuddles and really got to know them!
Mel is wonderfully patient and gentle with our nervous cat, we feel very comfortable knowing Mel is popping in to see her when we're away.
Melanie is an excellent cat sitter. She kept me updated each day with comments and videos of Bonnie. I felt totally relaxed knowing she was being well looked after. I definitely recommend Melanie.
