I am a huge lover of all animals! I have had a lot of experience with different types of dogs, cats and multiple types of small animals. I grew up with three small Schnauzers, and as an adult I have been the loving owner of a German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois/Labrador mix, and a miniature Australian Shepherd. I also had the pleasure of taking care of an abundance of small animals such as bunnies, exotic birds, ferrets, etc. at a Rescue Ranch for small animals as a teenager. After moving to Fort Polk to be with my husband, I decided to work on a Diploma to become a Certified Medical Assistant, therefore I am home more often than not studying. Recently, I have discovered how much I love going on walks and playing with different kinds of animals. And even though I can’t have every pet in the world, I’m sure I can take great care of your pet. I can’t wait to meet/take care of your fur baby!🩷

Melanie was very communicative even before the boarding began. She even reached out to confirm if I would be ok with her boarding other dogs during my dogs stay and when I advised I was not ok with it, she was very understanding. Would definitely recommend your animals to stay in her care!
Melanie was awesome and took great care of our dog Whodat! She was responsive and very accommodating with my change in plans. She gave me photo and video updates and took great care of our fur-baby! I highly recommend and will book her again!!
