Will love your dog like it's my own
I'm very familiar with caring for senior dogs (one of my Goldens lived to 16). I've fostered 6 week old puppies for 1+ month and am experienced with how chaotic (and fun) it is. I absolutely love dogs and my days include lots of dog time - going for walks, playing in the yard and house, car rides and cuddling by the fire in Winter, etc. I will treat your dog as if it's my own and give him/her lots of love and attention.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a very large yard (1 acre) with a large section fenced off for our dog Cooper. There is plenty of room for running and playing. The fence is at least 5' and there is a dog door leading from the house into the fenced section. Our dogs have always slept in our house at night (our current dog sleeps on our bed). Dogs are allowed anywhere in our house and in our cars. My husband and I are both retired and have plenty of house and yard projects, so we are generally always home. We have lots of places for dog walking in our neighborhood and very little traffic.

Melanie is awesome with our dogs! She has dropped in and walked them a few times now and always arrives on time and gives them the attention they need. She has great availability even on somewhat short notice and we are lucky to have her close by!
