I am super kind, caring, and respectful of all animals! I will make sure your pet is comfortable and has all of the necessary things needed for a fun, relaxing and safe environment. I have a lot of experience with my own pets as well as taking care of friends and family pets. As a retired elementary school teacher, I am have a ton of patience and will take the time to do everything I can to make your pet comfortable and happy : ) I have also taken care of many of my students' pets and homes over the years. I love to help out! I look forward to meeting you and your pet family.

Melanie did a wonderful job taking care of my dog and cat and my home while I was in the hospital. She provided updates each day, which was much appreciated. You can tell she really loves animals, and my pets loved her too. I will not hesitate to request Melanie to care for my babies next time I’m in need of someone to care for my pets.

Melanie was absolutely the best dog and house sitter. My Bailey loved her, and Melanie took such good care of her. This will make my future trips anxiety free. My house was cleaner than I left it when I got home. She is definitely the very best!!
When I’m in need of someone to take care of my Daisy, Melanie is my go to pet sitter. My pup is a rescue and has some issues with certain things that scare her. Melanie’s compassion and patience with my Daisy is top notch. I appreciate that she makes sure my pup is always comfortable ( even if it means taking up half the bed!) and in a peaceful environment whenever we leave Daisy with her at her house. And when we had in home animal care, Melanie is very thoughtful not only in making sure our pets are well cared for but our place seems to look better than when we left it! I will always use Melanie for all my pet and or house sitting needs.

A daily walk is a must! Car rides if your pet likes that, to a local park (on leach and not a dog park) to take in other local park areas!
