Second time welcoming Melanie into the house to look after Odin. You can tell Melanie is an animal lover and she has so much patience with our huge-hyper German Shepherd ‘pup’. Great communication, punctual and professional. Thank you again!
We had a great experience with Melanie. She took excellent care of our German Shepherd Odin who can be quite boisterous, for the day, provided great communication and updates throughout, and was very reliable. Melanie also came for a meet and greet a week beforehand and kept to agreed times. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.
I've known Melanie Rainbow now for 30yrs. Melanie is a good trustworthy friend who is passionate about animals. Melanie has had pets during all the 30 yrs of friendship we share. Melanie has been a volunteer at local stables over many years. I would recommend Melanie as a pet caregiver without any hesitation.
First of all, Melanie is a wonderful human who has a great affinity with anything furry! She’s looked after my cat on lots of occasions and Tilly was always happy and thrived with Melanie. She confidently administers medicines and always keeps me in the loop with how Tilly is via whatsapps, photos and videos. She thoroughly prepared beforehand the first time by talking to me and meeting Tilly, taking time to play with her and understand her. She emptied her litter tray, brings in my post and waters the plants too. Melanie has her own cats who are wonderful and very well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Melanie to care for your pets - you’ll be glad you booked her!
