A typical day
Wake up , meditate , morning, coffee. And off to walk my first dog. On the days that I don’t have scheduled, I am still out in nature. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, athletics, listening to music, or some kind of body/ mind artistic practice. Evenings I wind down - take the bath, sauna or a calming personal practice to ensure a good night of sleep for the busy day ahead.
